Steps to Reproduce: Install wall shelf, put a small bag on it, look underneath

Steps to Reproduce (edited 10/28/2017 1:35 PM):
1) Place a 'Small Bag' on a specific spot on a 'Wall Shelf' while standing under the shelf and not seeing the top of the shelf but the bottom of the shelf, instead

If you see the top of the shelf when placing the bag, it will set properly without any clipping, If you do it while seeing under it, it will clip.

I did move the bags that you have on that picture you took in my pavillion while I was looking from the top and they are place correctly.

 

In that case, many small deco objects can clip through the Wall Shelf and not just the 'Small Bag'.
