[Known]Snowball throwing animation and chat log entry missing

    1. Title: Snowball throwing animation and chat log entry missing
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: When throwing a snowball the targeting is not working and the animation is plays oddly. There is no log of it in the chat window and I dont see the +5 water attunement buff being applied as it says in the tooltip.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Try to throw a snowball at someone.
