Details: It is clearly visible that someone secretly mowed the grass in my PoT. Bring it back!
Steps to Reproduce: Go to PoT Island Dock 4 and "Sail to Island". Head W.

Looks like this scene had the grass detail view distance set too low for some reason. You should notice if you walk towards where there is no grass, that it comes into view as you walk, so the grass isn't gone, it's just a rendering/performance thing. I'm upping the distance now to make it in line with how we have it set for other scenes.
