[Fixed] something wrong with nametags

    Title:something wrong with nametags
    Reproduction Rate:100%

    Details:all of the overworld and vendor nametags are facing south all the time and vendors have the same problem along with the font size being much smaller

    Issue #66398 ... OneAndOnly is working on this now. Related to backwards text on Vendors (in general nameplate/banner issues)
