    1. Title: Southest Blackblade Mountains Vs. Northwest Blackblade Mountains Solo/Party or open?
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No, Yes for Teleporting in one area
    4. Details: The Southeast Blackblade Mountains is marked as a Solo/Party Instance while the Northwest Blackblade Mountains in not. Should they not be the same??
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Above.
