[Known] Sow Seeds: Innate Skill?

    Title: Sow Seeds: Innate Skill?

    Details: As I was watering plants using the new "Water Plants" Agricultural Skill, I noticed Sow Seeds was also advancing. I thought this odd, so I went and looked and Sow Seeds is configured as an Innate Skill. This didn't seem appropriate to me, so I thought I'd report it to see if that was the developer's intent.
    Steps to Reproduce: Learn the Agricultural Skills. Water Plants using the skill of the same name, and observe that Sow Seeds is also improving. Check the skill description: Agriculture Refining Innate Skill, This skill will gain experience each time that a relevant skill is used.

    We are investigating to see if that was the design intent. I'm not sure at the moment but we created a bug # just in case.
