    1. Title: Spellbinder buged
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: Spellbinder stance does not get any combat focus regen, atleast its not mentiond in the tooltip
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Lvl focus specialization and spellbinder stance to 80 and see that its not getting a combat focus regen
    6. User Specs: Windows 10
