[Known] Stacking/Charging Sprint does not give the duration bonus in tooltip

    Title: Stacking/Charging Sprint does not give the duration bonus in tooltip
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: When I charge sprint to the full 6 glyphs the tooltip indicates a 2.4 movespeed bonus (I am light armor specialized), however I do not move any faster than a single charge of Sprint which is 1.9 movespeed bonus. I have 80 in the Sprint skill, 80 in light armor spec and 100 in Acrobatics.
    Steps to Reproduce: Charge sprint to full 6th glyph.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz (8) System RAM: 16322
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8096

    Also Sprint duration gets wonky when exiting scene. I leave the scene with 1min 40s of sprint buff left, after 15s load time to world map, only 20 seconds of sprint is remaining.
