[Known] Statue of Virtue Cannot be Placed as Deco

    Title: Statue of Virtue Cannot be Placed as Deco
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No, but Chaos for the win!
    Details: The quest reward item "Statue of Virtue" cannot be placed inside or outside of a house; however, its companion item "Statue of Chaos" can.
    Steps to Reproduce:

    1) Acquire Statue of Virtue (and Chaos, if you want to compare)
    2) Attempt to place Statue of Virtue as deco on the ground on your property outside.
    3) Observe: It stays red, won't allow it to be placed. Review item limit restrictions if necessary for the property.
    4) Attempt to place Statue of Chaos as deco on the ground on your property outside.
    5) Observe: It placed.
    6) Repeat 2-5 inside the house. Obvserve the Statue of Virtue doesn't place indoors either.

    +1, and this has been an issue for multiple releases; change did not come with Release 60 (hope that helps a little)
