[Known] Strength of earth calculating improperly

    Casting my strength of earth spell is supposed to give me 27.8 Str but is only giving me 21

    ok, i checked it too

    confirmed there is a difference between skilltip and in char doll shown Attributedifference

    My main char Rentier Woodpicker has 68 base strength shown in doll with armorbuffs,
    then i cast Strength of earth (LvL79) and skilltipp and buff says +17,7 Strength
    but my char doll now says 83 strength after casting

    if i do round and think 68 is only 67.5 + 17.7 = 85,2 and nowhere near 83....
