[Known]Stuck at Sequanna Samael blocked with "Avatar...speak to Sequanna. I ..." (spoiler)

Blocker? for the samael and ring qquest YES
Details: I started the love quest as i build this char in March this year
now I have the proplem after talking to sequanna to ask Samael about his ring but his answer is still
"Avatar...speak to Sequanna. I ... I need some time to think"

That's the same sentence with whom he ended our conversation before i spoke to sequanna.


Steps to Reproduce:

get into Malice find all letters, get 1972, restore the hope in Samael (in conversation with him and muriel)
got disconnected, resume scene (about 1min later)
get 1973 got disconnected again, resume scene (about 1min later)
get the 4 docs anew, with the last letter down by the non existent barrier
no gems needed to proceed
go down and clear the mob, till only the lich and Anapa are left,
speak with him till he attacks you, get killed because the other 3 mob (2 skelletons and one lich) respawned right then,
after resurrect - the nearest Ankh is blocked by the barrier behind Anapa
go to the start of this level to the slime for resurrection, fight all the mobs again, attack the last lich before going near Anapa and while attacking him anapa starts attacking you
kill Anapa, speak to Samael in Anapas room
only says something like hurry get to sequanna's prison (no reaction to any other keywords),
go to sequanna's prison, speak with the samael there till he says
"Avatar...speak to Sequanna. I ... I need some time to think",
speak with sequanna, clicking all keywords provided get the entry about samael and his ring
get the XP reward and the hart of sorrows

ask sameal
get only
"Avatar...speak to Sequanna. I ... I need some time to think"
ask sequanna some more words from the journal, get some new reactions (e.g. Boreas, Grannus)

ask sameal
get only
"Avatar...speak to Sequanna. I ... I need some time to think"

delete all 4 docs

ask samael again
only get
"Avatar...speak to Sequanna. I ... I need some time to think"​

can't finsh the quest. Samael allways say if as ask for the Ring. " NO. Do NOT speak to my of this Ring, or my wife! Why did you bring me here! We must go back !

I can't nothing do to talk with Sequanna. if i enter Destiny nothings happend. Samael dos not open the Chains

 

Known issues with quest states in Malice. Some fixes will be going in for this release. More will be planned in the future. Lum has posted in existing threads indicated what fixes can be expected.

ok here is my log from that attempt and I seem to have triggered the release already but it does not allow me to ask samael about the ring

I did all 4 triggerwords Lum suggested already in my first try:
