[Known] Summoned creature not scaling properly

1. Title: A level 100 summoned combat pet will deal the same amount of damage as a level 1 summoned combat pet. The only exceptions to this are specific equipment and outside passives (like Undead Mastery). They also have the same low Damage Resistance at all levels.
   
2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
3. Blocker: No
   
4. Details: My Level 100 Ice Elemental deals the same amount of damage as a level 1 Ice elemental and takes the same amount of damage. Summoned Undead operate the same way unless the passive Undead Mastery, is leveled and equipment that boosts Death Summon Effectiveness is used. Without the passive or the equipment, a Level 100 Skeleton deals the same amount of damage as a level 1 Skeleton.
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Step 1: Log into the game. Step 2: Enter a location where a summon skill can be used. Step 3: Summon a combat pet from one of the magic trees (If using a Death Summon make sure Undead Mastery is at level 1 and not learning). Step 4: Order it to attack a target. Step 5: Note the damage inflicted on the target. Step 6: Level up the summoned combat pet a few times. Step 7: Repeat Step 4-5 for this one. Step 8: Set summoned combat pet to passive. Step 9: Have the combat pet come under attack. Step 10: Note the damage inflicted on the pet. Step 11: Level that combat pet a few times. Step 12: Repeat Steps 9-10 for the leveled summon.
