[Known] Summoned Skeleton has very low rate of attacking

1. Title: When summoned Skeleton Footman is attacking, it has an extremely low rate of attack.

4. Details: Summoned Skeleton Footman has such a low rate of attack, that it is not uncommon for an enemy to get 3-5 hits in before the Skeleton retaliates.
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Step 1: Log into the game. Step 2: Enter a location where a summon skill can be used and an enemy/target dummy is available. Step 3: Summon the Skeleton Footman. Step 4: Order the Skeleton Footman to attack the target. Step 5: Observe and note the rate at which the Skeleton attacks.
