[Known]swimming on land on water lot in POT

    Blocker : no
    Details : when I am on my lot or dock of my lot I am swimming on land. Or any dock. Or water lot. POT is Virtue Oasis. and the first 50 ft inland from docks too.
    Steps to Reproduce : enter the city and use a dock or water lot
    Specs :
    Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz, 3001 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
    Name NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

    This issue is not reproduced internally on latest, 510. This problem should be fixed with the upcoming patch. If it isn't, please rereport asap.
