[Known] Targeting circle unable to be used on platforms in The Fall

    Details:
    Attempting to use Meteor Shower, the targeting circle cannot be placed on either any of the moving platforms, or the platform near the bottom where you climb on with the ladder. Other types of combat skills can be used here, seems unfair to disable a few skills when there is no reason why they couldn't cast.

    (Note: the targeting circle can be placed on outside platforms while standing on the platform where it cannot be placed)

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Move on one of the platforms described above, use skill with targeting circle.

    @redfish This probably won't ever be fixed. TONS of complications with using targeted effects (and pets) on moving objects. We might get to it eventually but not any time soon. I know, it would be fun to push a ring of fire or meteor shower on a moving platform players can't safely leave but not an option right now.

    Okay, thanks. :D There is one platform as mentioned which is not moving, btw, where you still can't use the targeting circle on... which is the one at the bottom of the Fall where you reach through the ladders.

    Also, I don't what type of technical issues are involved here, but there are also areas of shallow water where you can otherwise fight but not place the target circle.
