[Known] task list resetting shown items

    Title: task list resetting shown items
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: if i right click and hide some of the things on my task list, then toggle the task list itself off and on, it's showing all the tasks again.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.9 ManjaroLinux 17.0.1 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4430 CPU @ 3.00GHz (4) System RAM: 16001
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 4096
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Linux.64.509.Date.06.20.17
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_02_template/Stinging Tree Hollow
    Area Display Name: Stinging Tree Hollow
    Loc: (151.1, 36.2, -122.4)

    I suspect this may be working as the way it was designed: turning the task list itself off is an all or nothing trigger vs selecting each one individually.
    If you turn them all on again, can you hide them individually again?

    Oh! @e do have a bug open on R43 for the following: changing scenes un-hides tasks that were disabled on the HUD.
