    Title: The Lord Must Fall Quest Bug
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Quest can be started by directly speaking to Lord Harcourt Drumplemouth, and then again after completion by speaking to Marlin/Natasha.
    Steps to Reproduce: I started the quest line by speaking to Lord Harcourt Drumplemouth, after getting evidence of 'Loan Forgiveness' and completing the quest (not killing him) I was then offered the quest again by speaking Natasha/Marlin who asked me to kill Lord Harcourt Drumplemouth. This cannot be done as I have already completed quest and interacting with Lord Harcourt Drumplemouth again doesn't remove quest line from Journal.
