Treyovar playing music on Lute makes me Stutter

Client Stutter, Increases in Frequency over Time to Crash.
Details:
Playing abc music file, causes both observer, and player to get client Stutters that increase over time. It seems like the sound engine causes a memory leak, or that repeated and frequent calls for sound effects when using skills or having skills used on you, are causing the client to stutter, once a music file has been played.

Steps to Reproduce:
load abc music file with instrument and play
observe stuttering in client whenever using skills with increasing frequency over time

User Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1100T Processor (6) System RAM: 8191
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series GPU RAM: 2032

Note: Treyovar and I have recreated this stutter multiple times with lute and ABC music file he is using. Not sure if other music files cause it. Or sheet music in game can cause it.
