Details:
The Troll Ground Pound attack (i.e. troll jumps up and stomps with area of effect) is not landing at all.

There is nothing in chat logs, no effect on avatar at all.

Reproduced for Torc'Dawl and Nightshade Pass trolls.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Fight Torc'Dawl the Broken in Ravensmoor
2) Allow Ground Pound attack from troll to land (i.e. don't jump to evade the attack)
3) Observe that there's no effect at all - no damage, no stun / knockdown effects, nothing in chat logs

I thought the stomp attack only had a chance to knockdown and was not guaranteed. BTW I have had the stomp attack knock me down when I dont jump so it's not 100% of the time.

 

Just had Torc Dawl critical with it on me during a network spike for 808. Fortunately I was able to recover.
