[Known] Troll Random Encounter is *not* Tier 2

Tier 6 or 7 would be more realistic.

 

Nightshade Pass has a troll and IIRC it is 3 skulls, which is probably more appropriate here. You're not expected to kill the troll, just to be slowed down on your way through the pass. That being said, lower-level characters might have a hard time getting out fast enough to not get ghosted, another reason that 2 skulls is a bit low.

 

Yeah, this is the Troll encounter in the pass between Etceter and Ardoris, and you have to go by a Troll either direction (as you start on a bridge with a troll on each end) to get out of there. Unless you've got dash & sprint & can use them both, you're odds of getting out alive are very low unless you're a fairly high level.
