[Known] unable to interact with lamp at chillblain's entrance

    Title: unable to interact with lamp at chillblain's entrance

    Blocker? no
    Details: not sure if there's a lamp/torch puzzle in chillblain's compendium but the lamp at the entrance is blocked by the Braemar portal and you're unable to interact with it
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 8121
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2016
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.614.Date.05.30.17
    Area: Challenge Dungeon 1
    Area Display Name: Chillblain's Compendium of Pain and Suffering
    Loc: (-7.7, 6.8, 8.9)
