[Known] Unable to place basement hatch inside the Small Stone Keep Town home

    Details: Cannot place a basement hatch anywhere inside the walls of the first floor of the keep. Only the courtyard shows as a valid placement area.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to place a basement hatch within the wall passages of the first floor of the Small Stone Keep.
