[Known] Unable to place Chandelier on beams

    Title: Unable to place any chandelier on beams which would be nice considering there is ones already provided

    Details: On 3rd floor open area there are beams above I wish to place a large Chandelier in middle beam to match the ones up there that are provided
    Steps to Reproduce: try to place on beams
