[Known] Unable to place LAST YEAR's Halloween items

    1. Reproduction Rate: Current build
    2. Blocker? Only for placing last years Halloween bought items
    3. Details:Bought some new pumpkins for halloween to go with the ones I bought last year. Except I am unable to place the pumpkins from last year anywhere outside. I can place them inside but unlike this years, I cannot place them anywhere outside.
    4. Steps to Reproduce: Have last years pumpkins, try to place anywhere outside your house.
    5. User Specs: i7-3770s, 16gb, GTX 1080
