[Known] Unable to walk on the Overland Map

    Details:
    The Avatar always runs on the Overland Map.
    Toggling Walk from 'Keypad /' does not make the Avatar to walk.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Toggle Walk from 'Keypad /'
    2) Try to walk
    Result: The Avatar runs instead of walking

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12244
    GPU: Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics GPU RAM: 4039
