[Known] Vendor falsely states "This vendor does not have any items for sale."

Title: Vendor falsely states "This vendor does not have any items for sale."

Details: When clicking on a vendor, in the (sometimes long) period before the server populates the vendor contents, the vendor contains the text "This vendor does not have any items for sale." This causes customers to leave, which is not desirable. If the message could be changed to "Fetching list.. I know I have it here somewhere..." or some such, until the server responds and the list is populated, that would be much better.
Observation: this may not happen when testing in the same location as the server.
Steps to Reproduce: Go to location, talk to vendor.
