Details: This vendor is clearly sitting on a claimed row lot. But, none of the items can be purchased.
Steps to Reproduce: Try to by from this vendor.

Ah, this is actually a bug that has been fixed previously - unless the owner moved in recently and it has resurfaced. But I suspect this vendor has been like this for awhile.
The co-owner needs to pick up the NPC vendor and let the items go to the bank. That will resolve the issue, then they can replace items and folks can purchase them again.
The issue that was that at one time items from the vendor where not going to the bank when they should have. Those that hit the bug when the bug was happening had to (and still have to do) the bank trick to resolve.

Luckily, it was only around very briefly.
