If you had an Auto-Replace tool in Unity, it would be quick(ish) to replace all green grass with dead grass in a scene with a snowy biome.

There is dead grass also in Eastreach Gap at Loc: (-318.3, 117.9, -106.6) Area: Novia_R4_Desert01_EastreachGap.
