Just like the Boots in a previous release, which have subsequently been fixed, the leggings of virtue armor do not have any material bonuses, just the "extra" item properties. These should be updated to match the other virtue armor items.

In which release did those leggings drop? There was a release in which some quests delivered the incorrect item that did not have proper bonuses. There's nothing that can be done to the existing items I'm afraid. BUT...a quest reset would allow players to do the quest again and get newer version.

 

I just got the leggings this weekend, so they are incorrect in R52. I read that the boots were updated, but I need to run through them again on an alt to verify that I get good versions of them.

 

Tested on our latest internal build, yes, current drops are showing the correct behavior and updated stats. While it is the same root cause as the bug linked, the bug itself has been addressed.

@Browncoat Jayson Interesting. SO we got this fixed in R53 :/ as I've just tested it. I'm sorry for the confusion.

 

Gotcha. I'll grab them again next release.

It would be nice to have a way to reset these side quests when changes are made, without having use use our one-time quest reset which blows away our main storyline as well. Maybe turn in the "bad" version of the item to the NPC who gives them to you and you can do the quest again.

I was mistaken. This isn't fixed on dev. They have stats, just not material bonuses.
Bug # is: 57982.

 

Lexie, I just did the boot quests again on another character, and they still show the same stats as in my previous bug report. They have no material bonuses. So your note in that thread that they are returning the correct items is wrong.

@Lexie there should be a way to make them whole again
