[Known] Wall Torches no longer working

    1. Title: The wall torches that are already on walls are working however any wall torch that I attempt to place will not stick.
    2. Reproduction Rate:I have tried this on 4 of my houses for the past 2 days.
    3. Blocker?No
    4. Details:No mater whether I try the wall torch on a row, a village, a city or boat they will not stay.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: I tried rebooting the machine and the same thing happens
    6. User Specs: i7, nvidia graphic card, 16gb ram, windows 8.1 as well as 10
