[Known] Washed Out Banner Colors

    Title: Washed Out Banner Colors
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No, though disappointing.
    Details: Please see the attached screenshot. The left hand banner is dyed with a Dark Purple Primary, and the right hand banner is dyed with Dark Green. The secondary on both is Dark Yellow.

    I am only assuming this is a bug, and not as designed.

    Steps to Reproduce: Dye Banner, Hang Banner, Observe washed out colors on Banner.
