[Known]WW doesn't run faster

    Title: WW doesn't run faster
    Reproduction Rate: 95%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Rapidly pressing WW on the keyboard to run faster is not working. I got it to work once, but every time I try now I just run at the regular speed.
    Steps to Reproduce: Press WW rapidly on the keyboard while in a scene. You should run faster than just pressing/holding W once.
