Kobald Expeditionary Camp, Kobald's attack radius/sight very small

    1. Title: Kobald Expeditionary Camp, Kobald's attack radius/sight very small
    2. Reproduction Rate: constant
    3. Blocker? none
    4. Details: Go to Kobald Expeditionary Camp and you almost have to run up to mobs for them to see or attack you.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: You can stand 10-20 feet in plain sight of mobs they just stand there
    6. User Specs: AMD 8150 CPU, 16G Mem, Win10, RX580 8G

    Went AFK to read the forums ... came back was in the middle of the spawn surrounded by 4 kobalds and nothing happened until i attacked.
