kobold expedition camp location not being learnt

    Title: kobold expedition camp location not being learnt
    Reproduction Rate: all of the time
    Blocker? no
    Details: I have been to kobold expedition camp on various occasions since the last release and it does not get learnt as a location for the teleport to zone scroll.
    Steps to Reproduce: in and out a few times
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (8) System RAM: 16268
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GPU RAM: 2987
    SotA.Win.64.890.Date.12.21.18
    Area: KoboldBattleCamp2/Multiplayer
    Area Display Name: Kobold Expeditionary Camp
    Loc: (-29.2, 27.5, 131.8)
