    Title: Krampus branch drops with less than maximum durability

    Details: Got lucky and killed Krampus and got the branch - but it only came with 41/79 (max 150) durability.

    i don't believe these are flagged as artifacts, and non-artifact weapons can drop with less durability. maybe the flag is what needs to change?
