Lady Ransom's dialog updates at wrong time

    Details:

    Lady Ransom's dialog about the Crag Mines doesn't update when you get the Black Iron, it updates after you turn it in. So this leads to the situation of returning and talking to her after having already killed the leader or given the package, and her still "Having a Proposition for you" and asking if you'll kill them or not.

    Steps to Reproduce:Get the Black Iron, return to Etceter, talk to Lady Ransom before talking to Harbormaster, ask about "Proposition"
