Launcher 397 - 398 Patch Fail

    Repro - 100%
    Blocker - Yes
    Details - Logged in to play, launcher downloaded patch 398. During update it fails saying

    Could not apply patch (Developer: see logfile)

    Can no longer log in. Force launch yields a black screen

    Steps to Reproduce - attempt to launch game.

    We have a new patch available. Can you verify if this issue is still occurring for you? If so, we may recommend a clean reinstall to see if this resolves the issue for you. Thank you for reporting.

    Just tried it and still have the same problem. Will delete and reinstall.
