    I will start by saying that I am not the most computer literate person. The game was playing fine until the patch today. I started the installer (Direct not steam) The first to stages went fast as normal and then it hangs up on the downloading patch section 3/6. I have restarted my computer several times and after each reinstall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher 4 times and the game 1 time. I have checked to insure the needed ports are open and once I tried to update with my firewall off (Yes I know that is dangerous but I was frustrated.) On the last reinstall I uninstalled the launcher, the program and any app data I could find. I have updated graphics drivers and all the drivers are updated. I have the space open on my hard drive and it is working properly. I am at a total loss as to what to do. I have submitted at Support ticket but I am not sure I did the format properly so if I do not get a response I will submit another one. I have seen other people having this issue and none of the fixes they have tried worked for me. Any help is appreciated but prepare to be patient and explain things. I can get on Discord or any other communications program in needed. Thank you

    @Spankenstien
    We'll see what we can do to get ya going again. I'm sorry for the issues.
    Restart your machine so your logs start clean. Then try the launcher again. Then if you right click the Sota icon and select Open File Location - you'll see a folder specifically for Launcher Data. Go in there and paste the output log.
    I would also reset your router. It is an easy step that can resolve a variety of download issues.
