Lesser Daemon summon still same as before

1. Title: Summoned Lesser Daemon doesn't have increased health nor Chaos Bolt damage/effectiveness

4. Details: The lesser daemon summon still has low health (as much as a water elemental of the same level) and chaos bolt still has no damage/effectiveness scaling.
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Step 1: Log into the game. Step 2: Enter a location to summon a lesser daemon Step 3: Order Lesser Daemon to attack a target. Step 4: Take note of low health and abysmal chaos bolt damage/effects. Step 5: Level up the Lesser Daemon a few times. Step 6. Notice how it still has abysmal health and chaos bolt damage/effects.
