    Title: Lighting bug.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: When I approach a lighted area in my home, the light will dim. As I move away from it, the light will brighten again.
    Steps to Reproduce: Please see attached video.

    OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15970
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
