Lighting in house gone like basements

    Loc: (17.0, 87.9, -73.9) Area: PRT_island_metropolis_01

    Location: UK

    Steps to Reproduce: Wait till it dark, check lights/candles/lanterns inside house

    Details: This was fine i think last release on QA, although not sure, but now light sources give as much light as the basement ones do. Your meant to make the basements ones give as much as the house ones not the other way around!

    Reproduction Rate: Well its happening now
