Lightning Glyph Not Displaying on HUD Right Hand

    Title: Lightning Glyph Not Displaying
    Reproduction Rate: 100% over multiple loads and days
    Blocker?
    Details:The graphic is working in the S(k)ills menu, the hover box and on the action bar, but fails to display on the HUD. This is not a problem with any other glyph graphic.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80GHz (4) System RAM: 7869
    GPU: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Ivybridge Mobile GPU RAM: 512
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.500.Date.10.30.16

    This is a known issue, though usually it vanishes off the bar as well. Thanks for reporting.
