Lightning storm

    Hi, i don't see anything in patch notes about nerfing lightning storm. Did it happen and i didn't see or is it a bug?
    With 431 int 66% crit chance, 331 attunement and 125 air spec, 143 lightning storm skill i sometimes am able to kill a tier 5 mob with 550 hp now. i used to be able to kill tier 12 mobs before the change.
    Anyone can tell me if this is permanent?

    Has it been bug reported? I know they tinkered with the stun, maybe somebody bumped something else while they were in there.

    I don't know if its a bug i just retried and 1 lightning storm is doing about 300-350 damage total to tier 5 mobs.
    They said the removed parry modifiers . I don't see a difference. I guess it'll be re-tweaked eventually but for the moment not worth using for me.
