    Title: Linux - unable to selftarget using Alt
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details: Self targetting with Alt does not work for me when I use mouse
    Steps to Reproduce: Use ALT and mouse click moves window instead of using the glyph.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.1 SUSE LINUX 42.1 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 32120
    GPU: GeForce GTX 670/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 2048
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.499.Date.10.28.16
    Area: Novia_R3_City_Brittany
    Area Display Name: Central Brittany
    Loc: (317.7, 49.9, 218.1)

    Solution: With KDE desktop
    System settings->Window Management->Window Behaviour->Window Actions ... Modifier Key - replace Alt with Meta (win)
