Loading into zones crash

    I got double charged for one account. And I can’t even leave the starting area until it crashes. I’ve deleted characters I’ve spent a lot of time developing and now I cannot even start witb a new character without it crashing, at the very first knight, in the level 1 area. Ugh!

    Also check the minimum requirements for the game as well, and make sure you meet them.

    Also make sure your video card driver is up to date.

    Try to set the resolution to the smallest and fastest graphic. See if that rules out the issue.

    Also, could you provide the spec of your PC as well?

    Use the /bug command, which copies a template with system your info into the clipboard. Then just start a new message in the thread and paste into it.
