"Lock" the front door open

For those of us that would like to have a "shop" and place a vendor inside the lower floor of our house... can we add an option to a door's "right-click" menu, to "Lock Open Door"?

I think they need a right-click menu to set defaults for other settings as well of interactable deco. For instance, the Lord British/Darkstarr banner always defaults back to LB. Other things that could benefit from this are lights and house windows. It doesn't need to be complicated by what happens in different instances of the same town, just set the state you want when a new instance is created.

Maybe when they let us customize vendors they could add this in as a general tech system to support it?

This would also be the best solution for keep walls, make it a setting for the lot.
