Locking Up in Celestis

    Details: There are a couple of threads about Celestis lockups, hiccups, etc. Mine is 100% easily reproducible and very consistent. The game locks up for 10 seconds after two actions:

    1. Entering the 'load zone' of player owned houses, and

    2. Moving an item in my house that is on the floor or ground outside. I can move an item on a table with no lock up (also items on walls such as paintings), but if I move the table I lock up. Similarly, if I move a chair or crafting station, I lock up. Note that lock up doesn't happen until I place the item back on the floor. Also note that placing an item from my backpack to the floor causes lock up, but placing the same item from my backpack onto a table doesn't.

    At first, I thought it was just an issue with the Lord Founder house, but I am getting the same results with the Knight Founder house.

    Steps to Reproduce: 1. enter player house 'load zone'; 2. move or place item on floor or ground.

    I am also a Knight founder with a village lot placed at the main path.

    Just wanted to add that I am hearing "water waves" audio on loading into zone and inside the town when my audio is set to zero.

    That leak could be one of the possible reasons for the bugged optimization of Celestis.

    I see those lag spikes also simply running over the island.

    +1 to this thread...just placed a house in Celestis and I'm experiencing 7-10 sec freezes. Makes the island nearly unplayable.
