Logging in applies the current deck (including the euipment) but equipment may be missing

4.Details: Logging in applies the currently equipped deck to your character. If you are missing equipment that is bound to the deck, you will be missing that equivalent equipment. For example, if your equipped deck has founder's legs bound and swapped them for crafted ones and you don't update the deck, you won't be wearing any pants.
5.Steps to Reproduce:
- put on some armor
- bring up a deck (press y and choose any deck to modify)
- modify a deck by clicking on the modify button
- click on the Us Current Equipment Button
- All your armor is now bound to the deck
- click on done
- equip a new piece of armor
- log out
- log back in
- Your character won't be wearing the new armor piece (instead your character will be wearing the old piece of armor
- If you remove the bound piece of armor you removed earlier from your inventory *put it in a chest) and you put on a new piece of armor of the same type (ie.. take off legs and put on legs), when you log in you won't be wearing any armor of that type
