Loot - how it's determined? given ? Somthing out of place?

    Ok I am out screwing around in a Siege and killed a Marksman - in his loot I received 3 high end items. Off of ONE Marksman. Look at picture I have left the highlighted items selected.

    I received ;
    Constantan Crown
    Long bow
    Lute is Inspiration
    Potion Deftness
    Torch
    Triangle Shield
    ​
    The three orange items are what I would consider higher end since I vary rarely get those, three in one loot is wrong.
