    I'm attempting to place items on the exterior of my new Lord Benefactor Town Home. Multiple places where the Banner is placeable but disappears and many places that look like it should be placeable but isn't.

    Steps to Reproduce: Place Lord Benefactor Town home on a lot. Try to place banners and plaques.
